Delete your Alif account

In the app

1. Open Alif and go to the Profile tab.
2. Scroll to the bottom and tap Delete account.
3. Confirm it's you: Google accounts confirm with Google; email accounts enter their password.

Can't use the app?

Email support@alifapp.co from the email address linked to your Alif account, with the subject "Delete my Alif account". We'll delete it within 30 days and confirm by email.

What gets deleted

• Your account: email address, name and account ID.
• Your backed-up streak, gems, hearts, lesson progress and bookmarks.
• The learning data on the device you delete from.

What may be kept

Anonymous analytics and crash reports that aren't linked to your account, kept under Google's standard retention periods.
